We recently stayed at a hotel for a few nights in a perfect location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to assist us in finding food during odd hours. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the hotel also offered free luggage storage after checkout. it was a great value for the money and we would definitely stay here again.

The Portico Hotel is located in a very tranquil area, nestled in a gorgeous Victorian house. Its location in what looks like a residential area adds a sense of calm and peacefulness to your stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near two tube stations, allowing for easy access to the major train station.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made the rooms hot and uncomfortable, especially during the summer months. the lack of air circulation and the hot air blowing into the rooms from the lobby's air conditioning units made it difficult to sleep.
